Full cycle
In zipper production, full-cycle means using raw materials, such as zinc alloy, yarns, PET granules, dyestuff, POM, etc., to create the finished product.
Production sites
Die-casting machines, monofilament extrusion, zipper chain and tape weaving looms, dyeing tanks, slider assembly machines, and many others. All this machinery allows us to create finished zippers of various types, which are essential in the modern world.
Production capacity
18 million meters of zipper chain are manufactured per year, using 28 weaving looms. Using automatic assembly lines, we can produce about 50 thousand finished zippers of various types per day.
