Throughout years of changes, one thing has not changed – our quality concept. The factory has its own laboratory to perform all required tests according to Ukrainian and European standards.
Laboratory
Our laboratory is accredited by the Main Organization of the Metrological Service of Ukraine. We ensure the control of semi-finished products on every stage of production and finished zipper itself by using high-precision measuring equipment.
Process control inspection
Semi-finished products are going through control every hour at each production site.
Post-process inspection
10% of every batch goes through testing of zipper strength to eliminate the possibility of damaged goods supply to the customer.
Cyclic inspection
Upon a certain period, each kind of zipper produced at the factory goes through testing based on 11 indicators of zipper strength. The core indicators are chain lateral strength, reciprocation test, top stop/bottom stop holding strength, and puller pull off strength.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100, SGS, IKEA.
