Heute die Unternehmen in der leichten Industrie brauchen professionelle junge Fachkr\u00e4fte. Deshalb muss jeder von uns sich zu der Erziehung und Ausbildung der jungen Generation anschlie\u00dfen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heute haben die Studenten der Kiewer Hochschule f\u00fcr Leichtindustrie das Werk \u201eMolniya\u201c besucht. Der Technologe des Unternehmens hat den Studenten die Geschichte der Entstehung des Werks f\u00fcr Herstellung von Rei\u00dfverschl\u00fcssen erz\u00e4hlt und eine Tour in das Herz des Unternehmens, seine Produktion gef\u00fchrt. Die Sch\u00fcler konnten sich mit allen Prozessen zur Erstellung von Rei\u00dfverschl\u00fcssen bekanntzumachen und vor allem hat ihnen der Prozess der Banderstellung zu den Rei\u00dfverschl\u00fcssen in der Werkstatt f\u00fcr Weberei \u00fcberrascht. Zuk\u00fcnftige Spezialisten haben gesehen, dass der Rei\u00dfverschluss nicht so einfach erstellt wird, wie es schien auf den ersten Blick, es ist ein schwieriger vielschichtiger Prozess.<\/span><\/p>\n
